Energy, Intimacy and Confidence In Your Body

Hormonal imbalances are frequently overlooked as a common cause of fatigue and weight gain.

Most doctors do not test hormone levels, surprisingly, not even gynecologists and yet adequate hormone levels are vital to your quality of life!

Affecting your:

  • Energy
  • Mood
  • Intimacy and Desire
  • Weight

Women and Hormones

Many younger women are living with monthly pain, mood changes and period irregularity start in their 20's, sometimes younger, but instead of answers they get perscriptions for birth control pills.

Birth control pills don't fix hormone imbalances they mask the symptoms of irregular periods.

Peri and postmenopausal women are usually thrilled at the ending of their monthly cycle, especially if they had PMS or irregular painful cycles earlier in life.  Unfortunately, women aren't counseled on the importance of hormone balance throughout life for:

  • energy
  • healthy hair and nails
  • bone strength
  • fall risk due to muscle loss and bone fracture
  • stress management
  • irritability and anxiety
  • intimacy concerns, like lack of desire and vaginal dryness

Imbalances in hormones, can start at any age.  Your imbalanced progesterone, testosterone and estrogen can lead to:

  • irregular periods
  • monthly mood swings
  • bloatedness
  • back pain
  • weight gain
  • polycystic ovary syndrome
  • infertility

Men and Hormones

For younger men, as early as 20 years old, a drop in testosterone can be caused from a poor diet, late puberty or athletic injury.

A man's testosterone level begins to drop in his 40's and 50's accompanied by noticable feelings of:

  • muscular weakness
  • fatigue
  • lack of interest in intimacy
  • inability to sustain an erection
  • lack of motivated

In regard to hormone health I bleieve there is a disparity, as men age, they are more likely to have their hormone levels tested than women of the same age.  "Low T," a low testosterone level, is highly recognized in men and advertised everywhere.

While hormone imbalance and Low T are more recognized in men, the fix is they are prescribed a little blue pill to give a boost with sexual performance.  These sexual enhancement drugs can increase the risk of heart attack.

Hormones and Relationships

Midlife for couples as each may be experiencing hormone imbalances can be stressful.  As women going through menopause and men andropause their intimacy and closeness may diverge.

Additional relationship stressors can occur if the man is taking a sexual enhancement medication and the woman's sexual desire has decreased or is not pleasurable due to fatigue, hor flashes, weight gain and vaginal dryness.   Addressing these imbalances can improve a relationship.

There Is a Better Way!

I believe having your hormones tested and balanced naturally eliminating the need for drugs and procedures restores a natural balance without side effects.

Treatments with medications, pellets, injections and birth control pills are unacceptable, especially if your hormone levels have never been tested.

If  your doctor didn't test, the treatment is a guess.

We get results naturally, minimizing side effects!
